How to create feedback session
With BuyingTeams mobile application you are able to create a feedback session.
To get started please follow the next few steps:
1. Please click on the blue + button on the bottom of the dashboard.

2.Select ,,New Feedback Session” .

2.1 In the next steps choose the relevant criterias for your feedback session.

2.2 Please click on ,,Product Areas” .

2.3 Select the relevant product areas to your feedback session. There is a possibility for multiple choice. Click ,,Select”.

3 Please select which phase(s) are relevant to your feedback session.

4.Select how many questions we should include in the feedback session. It can be also adjusted in step …

5.Set the session criteria and deadline to your needs. By turning on ,,Repeat Session” you are able to set frequency to the feedback session.

6.When all criterias are set, please click ,,Continue”.

4.By clicking ,,Custom questions” you are able to create new question to your feedback session. Please note thet added custom questions will not be included in benchmarking.

4.1Please click on ,,+Add Custom Question”.

4.2Add your custom question by filling out the field. Click ,,Save”. Please note that custom questions will not be included in benchmarking.

5.More questions based on product areas can be added by clicking on the specific product area.

5.1Please turn on the chosen questions, then click ,, Continue” .

6.When finished adding questions, please click on ,,Continue”.

10.You are introduced to the ,,Summary” of the created session. Here you can make any additional changes. Click ,,Submit”.
