session categories

With BuyingTeams mobile application you are able to see and follow all categories of feedback sessions.
To get started please follow the next few steps:

1.To view feedback sessions, click ,,Feedback” on the bottom of the dashboard.

2.Click ,,Sessions” on the top of the page.

3.Now you are introduced to all feedback sessions. Please open relevant session to see details.

4.To see all questions listed, please scroll down.

5.Please click on relevant question, you would like to see details on.

6.You are directed to a detailed chart and can see the number of ,,Respondents”, ,,Score” and ,,Importance”.

View feedback session individual question's analytics, like respondents, score and importance. BuyingTeams business app.

7.Users who answered the question are listed under the chart. You can see their given score, importance and their comments as well.

Please note that sessions are sorted by expiry.

1. Live session: active survey within deadline, user didn’t or only partially replied.

2. Expire soon: active survey, user didn’t or only partially replied. There are less than 2 days until expiry date.

3. Completed: finished survey.

Completed feedback session. BuyingTeams business app.

4.Expired session: deadline surpassed or survey not completed or only partially completed.

5.Upcoming session: session not started yet.

Upcoming feedback session. BuyingTeams business app.

Please note that ,,Expired” or ,,Completed” sessions are closed and can not be filled out.
