How to create feedback session
1.To create new feedback session, please go to ,,Feedback” menu on the dashboard navigation panel and open ,,Feedback Sessions”.
2.To create a new feedback session please click on ,,Create Feedback” in the right corner of the screen.
3.To create feedback session you need to fill out your requirements related to new feedback session.
4.To select banks, please open ,,All Banks”. Select banks related to your feedback session, then click ,,Continue”.
5.To select product areas, please open ,,All Product Areas”. Select product areas related to your feedback session, then click ,,Continue”
6.To select countries of bank, please open ,,All Bank Countries”. Select countries and click ,,Continue”.
7.After adding all your requirements related to new feedback session, please click on ,,Continue” in the bottom right corner.
8.Please fill out ,,Title” and ,,Description” of new feedback session. Here you are able to select deadline as well. Click ,,Continue”.
9.Please set up questions in your feedback session. Select each question per product area, you want to add to feedback session. You can also customize your questions by clicking on ,,+Add Question”.
10.Enter your custom question and please click on ,,Add Question”.
11.To add custom question related to specific product area please click on ,,+Add Question” in specific product area. Select Phase(s) and click on ,,Add Question”.
12.Now you are introduced to the summary of new feedback session. Here you are still able to make any additional changes. If session is ready, please click on ,,Launch the Session” button.
13.Your feedback session is now added to the list, and a short message will appear in the right upper corner, confirming the feedback session launch.
